Terms and conditions:

• Canada Certified Pharmacy can ship any order to the country in the you request, and worldwide. 

• Due to delivery impacted by a number of carriers we cannot provide a definitive time of delivery as it may take time to clear clear customs. This varies at your customs and clearance location in your country of origin. 

• All orders are shipped via local postal mail and will arrive via you post office (USPS).

• Temperature sensitive medication shipping costs vary depending on the amount of medication you are ordering. 

• All items are shipped  shipped with a tracking number, inside special insulation cold packs for express delivery. Cold packs may not arrive cold and will be at room temperature.

• A tracking number will be provided so that you can track your shipment and the time of delivery. 

• Certified Canadian Pharmacy takes no responsibility if the medication requested, and shipped via the method you have  requested, and if restricted in your destination country by Customs or if the package is not claimed in a timely manner during delivery attempts.

• Packages may be sent requiring a signature, if a signature is unavailable upon time of delivery, the medication will have to be picked up at your  local post office. If the medicine is unclaimed and shipped back to sender at the customers expense with no refunds.

• Canada Certified Pharmacy is not responsible for how your order is handled by the Postal Office Services once the order leaves from the dispensing  pharmacy.

• Customers are responsible for and encouraged to  follow tracking details in order to receive important updates and changes regarding the ordering, dispensing and shipping of an insulin.

• Due to the nature of your order, all sales are final and are not refundable.
